DESIGN CONSULTATION (virtual + in person)
Whether you're totally gutting a space or just sprucing up a room, I’m here to help you create a home you’ll absolutely love. You can show your space in person or via video + photos and inspiration photos. This is a time to hear your vision, questions, and have a laid-back chat while we jot down notes. Home design can feel like a million tough choices, but these consultations are all about what works best for you and gets you moving creatively in the right direction. I will help you process through design style, direction of the space, design options and ideas for moving forward.
What’s next? After this point, you can choose to implement the design ideas on your own or work together hourly to carry out a more detailed design plan. If you want to level up, we can explore floor plan sketches, space planning, picking out specific finishes, or other custom services after the initial consultation.
Design Consultation Rate: $500 - 90 minute consultation
HOURLYRATE
Hourly rate includes ongoing meetings as needed, design planning and research, oversight of implementation of design plan, and sourcing for finishes and furnishings. Color selection meetings and floorpan layouts are also available on an hourly basis.
*Minimum of 1 hour billed for all in person meetings - Drive time is billed at 1/2 rate
